Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Retainer?
A retainer is similar to a deposit where a credit is held initially while you are at service with Golden Wings. At any time during your service, you can request to apply that retainer to future services.
How often am I billed?
Golden Wings will send a preliminary invoice towards the end of each month for the following month's anticipated amount. We will communicate in advance to validate if the same amount of service hours will be applied for future services.
What if I did not use all my service hours for the month?
We will ensure that any outstanding hours that were not used the previous month will be applied to future months as credit.
